General Operations Support

Job Summary
We’re looking for a dependable, self‑motivated Delivery Driver / Do‑It‑All Operations Support team member to help keep our daily operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working independently, and taking pride in doing things the right way.
You’ll be responsible for delivering materials safely and on time, supporting warehouse/shop tasks, and stepping in wherever needed to keep the business moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely deliver materials to job sites, customers, and vendors
- Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies
- Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep
- Assist with inventory organization, stocking, and material prep
- Perform general shop/yard tasks as needed
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Handle miscellaneous errands and operational tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications / Experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Class B license is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and positive attitude
- Experience with deliveries or material handling is a plus
- Must be able to work independently and take initiative
