Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team! This role involves purchasing materials for various projects and locations, taking material orders from field employees, and collaborating with estimators on large project buyouts. Responsibilities include sending RFQs, placing purchase orders, managing order confirmations, tracking open orders, and resolving delivery issues. Moreover, this position requires maintaining supplier information and relationships, and occasionally working on special projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to interact with colleagues, supervisors and customers face to face.
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- Strong Collaboration skills

- Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience within procurement, operations, or relevant experience.
- 2+ years of construction supervisory experience, or related field.
- Proficiency in ERP / MRP systems
- Relevant supply chain experience
Work hours are 7 AM to 4 PM, with flexibility according to business needs.

Job Title: Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Review, submit, and coordinate submittals, RFIs, O&M information and all associated logs
- Drawing and document control
- Finalize project as-builts, closeout documents, and ensure punch list completion
- Review project schedule and update progress
- Conduct site visits to review progress and issues
- Review project contracts, scopes of work, drawings, and specifications to maintain a working knowledge of the assigned project
- Review safety documentation with safety manager to ensure understanding safety-related functions/applications
Requirements
- Possess a 4 year Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering, construction management or equivalent combinations of technical training and experience
Required Skills
- Good organization, writing and verbal skills
- Proper understanding of Microsoft Office, BlueBeam Revu, P6 Scheduling and Autodesk drafting software
- Must be able to read and interpret project drawings and specifications
- Excellent time management skills
