Job Title: IT Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. This role is critical in helping our organization meet its technological needs and supporting our employees in their technology usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networking equipment.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and security of IT infrastructure.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to enhance existing systems and deploy new technologies.
- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements to recommend improvements.
- Train employees on new software and tools to enhance productivity.
- Occasionally, on-call and after-hours emergency services may be required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or adequate relevant experience.
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and other technology areas.
- Experience with Apple Hardware, including mobile devices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team! This role involves purchasing materials for various projects and locations, taking material orders from field employees, and collaborating with estimators on large project buyouts. Responsibilities include sending RFQs, placing purchase orders, managing order confirmations, tracking open orders, and resolving delivery issues. Moreover, this position requires maintaining supplier information and relationships, and occasionally working on special projects.
